Installation is non-invasive because the emulator is equipped with a wiring harness which is equipped with plugs compatible with the original.

The DPF emulator for heavy machines equipped with CAT / Perkins engines is our latest solution in the heavy duty segment. This service includes the exclusion of the whole emission reduction system.

In the event of a failure of the DPF system, it is possible to immobilize the vehicle, which in many cases can cause large losses, not only financial. The DPF emulator prevents such situations.

 

Our device disables such items as:
- temperature sensors,
- diesel particle filter (DPF)
- differential pressure sensor
